The lottery means that 350 applications will be randomly selected to be added to the wait list. HABC will use a third party to randomly select 350 applicants by computer to be placed on our waiting list. Everyone who submits an application during the application period will have an equal opportunity to be placed on the waiting list.
Applicants selected in the lottery are not guaranteed housing. Once on the waiting list, you may receive an offer of housing only if you are eligible and only when funding becomes available.
If your application is not selected in the lottery, your application will not be placed on the waiting list.
It is important to record, print, copy the confirmation number provided upon the submission of your completed electronic application.
